When someone close to you dies, the grief that follows is often a painful, lonely, confusing and unpredictable. The grieving process and the feelings that are associated with this are normal.   

You may experience a feeling of being ‘stuck’ in the grieving process or discover you can’t find someone who understands your experience.  

At times such as these, it can be helpful to seek support, depending on your individual circumstances, it’s important to find what works for you.
